Your choice is made, choose your size in the right column of the model's product sheet then click on "Add to basket" to fill your shopping bag. How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

After confirming your order online, you should normally receive an order registration email with the summary of your order.

What are the delivery times for my order?

All orders placed before 10 am, excluding weekends, sales and special operations, are sent for preparation the same day. An e-mail for shipping your order, confirming your order, will inform you of the delivery times of your package.

Can you keep your basket from one visit to the next?

Have you made your choice but don't want to validate it right away? If the product is still available, you will find your basket and the selected items on your next visit.

From which countries is it possible to order on the BI ETHIC?

Orders placed on BI ETHIC can be delivered in Metropolitan France and Corsica, as well as in Monaco. It is also possible to order from Europe, Iceland and Norway. BI ETHIC also delivers certain countries in the world zone. The details of the countries delivered are listed on the shopping cart. For international deliveries outside the EU, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the ordered.

What are the payment methods?

Pay for your purchases with your PAYPAL account and bank card. Select this payment method then click on the logo of the card you wish to use (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Enter your card number, its expiry date and its code, located on the back of your card.

Is online payment secure?

The PayPal site is highly secure. They use cutting edge technology (such as SSL) to keep your information secure.

Respect for private life

PayPal is committed to protecting the personal information of its users. When you make a payment or request for payment through PayPal, recipients never see your card or bank account number. They only see your email address and the date you signed up, and know whether or not you've completed PayPal's verification process.

Are there any shipping costs?

- From 50 € of purchase, free delivery for France and Europe

- France: 5 euros

- Countries in the EU zone: 8 euros.

- Countries in the Europe zone outside the EU: 10 euros.

- USA & Canada: 25 euros.

- Other countries of the world (Australia & Japan included) - 30 euros.

What are the delivery methods offered?

BI ETHIC offers you standard delivery methods with Colissimo.

What are the delivery times?

In France: Colissimo: 48 hours, from the dispatch from Monday to Saturday.

In Europe: Colissimo: 5 to 8 working days after the shipment of your order. Outside the EU: Colissimo: 14 to 21 working days after the shipment of your order. However, delivery may vary depending on the delivery time for local posts. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier.

When is my package shipped?

We send your order to our preparation teams as soon as it is validated and deliver your package to the carrier you have chosen at the end of the day so that it is delivered to you as soon as possible. Any order placed before 3 p.m., excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and shipped on d + 1 or d + 2, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

How do I track my parcel?

We send you an e-mail as soon as your package is dispatched with a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package. You can follow the progress of your package on the site www.coliposte.net. In the "special area", enter the parcel number indicated in your BI ETHIC order dispatch email.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you have chosen Colissimo, the package will be delivered to your home. If you are not at home when the postman or the delivery man passes by, a calling card is left in your mailbox. This form indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You must go to the post office indicated with the transit slip deposited by the postman and an identity document to collect it.

Can I have it delivered to a place other than my home?

You can choose to have it delivered to your home but also to your workplace.

I have not received my package ... what to do?

Tracked Colissimo is delivered by La Poste in two to three working days. It is delivered against deposit of signature to the delivery address indicated in your order summary (online in the information about your orders after you have logged in to your account or in your order registration email which is sent to you immediately after your order validation).

In case of absence, La Poste will leave you a calling card indicating the conditions for picking up your package. The deadline to collect your package is generally 15 days.

You may encounter different situations:

- If your package is announced "returned to sender", our customer service will contact you within 3 working days of receipt of the package in order to return it to you in better conditions or to understand the reason for the cancellation.

- If your package is "pending at La Poste", have your Colissimo number and your identity card ready to collect the package at the agency indicated.

- If you have not received your tracked Colissimo after 5 days and you have not been left with a delivery notice: check the status of your package on the site www.coliposte.net and contact us on biethic @ bardou. had

How to return an item?

We do exchanges or refunds. If you request it and on condition that you return your order, within 14 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, BI ETHIC can refund your order or proceed to an exchange. In the event of a refund, we will refund your bank account the sum of the amount of the returned item + 5 euros return costs *.

* Note that the return of sale items is also allowed within 7 days, but only an exchange can take place. There will be no refund.

How long can I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to return it to us from the time you receive it. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.

If the product does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 14 clear days from the date of delivery of the package to return the item (s) concerned to us.

Return costs are free from 50 euros of purchase.

Please note that returns are not offered for international orders and for sale items.

Only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the completed "Return Request" will be accepted.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You cannot modify the content of an order that has been validated. You will need to make a cancellation request by sending us an email on biethic@bardou.eu and replaying another.
